I have been trying to eat less highly processed foods lately though. Anyway, I hate tofu too. Living in Korea was made a tad tougher by that! I lost a bet to Mike once and my penalty was to hit a chunk of tofu that comes in the soup. I couldn't get it down and begged to take a double dosage of another penalty! Your Elvis Oatmeal from Day 1 looks great too! I'm always a fan of that combo.Rachel (Diary of a Recovering Chocoholic)https://www.blogger.com/profile/06815146212020631568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2936274878233831004.post-63165408946096268462015-12-07T12:10:07.185-05:002015-12-07T12:10:07.185-05:00I feel like i am FINALLY caught up with you. I had never considered sweetened sour cream as a topping before, but it was all I had and a quick search turned up this recipe. I was out of brown sugar, but had just enough molasses to compensate and it was indeed sublime. With a couple of slices of a nice thick-cut bacon, this made a truly divine breakfast!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14405768700987262444noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2936274878233831004.post-49917980750502315332015-12-01T15:19:18.131-05:002015-12-01T15:19:18.131-05:00Absolutely fantastic post that should be an articl...Absolutely fantastic post that should be an article but I get it, the papers don't want us feeling ashamed in our consumer driven society.
