This reminds me of my grandmother! She always had a bowl of pears on her table. (There was a pear tree in her yard, of course!) I'm totally bummed that I missed National Raspberry Cake Day though....better make up for it today!!

I'm with Jean. This reminds me of my grandmother because she always had a bowl of artificial fruit sitting out that looked alot like the pear in the picture. She also had a big cookie jar made to look like an apple. Interesting. I've got lots of bowls of fruit in my kitchen, but mine are all real.
